Bon Macaron University

BON MACARON UNIVERSITY offers hands-on, interactive classes of 5-8 students (maximum) in the bakery Mac Lab. Children ages 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult.

LEVEL I: Interactive demo class is suited for all skill levels. Bon Macaron Founder/Chef, Catherine Cooper, has an extensive teaching background and earned her diplomas in Classic French Cuisine and professional macaron production in Paris, France. Gain knowledge and useful tips as you observe the technical macaron process and work on your piping skills. Students take home the Bon Macarons made during class! Duration 3-4 hours. 5 students minimum to conduct class

*I recommend taking the class with a friend/family member so you have someone to make macarons with post class!
